Chicken

- 0.5 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed from 2 large oranges.
- 2 tablespoons Honey For sweetness.
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced Adds savory depth.
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing the chicken.
Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
Garnish
- 1 handful Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) For garnish.
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for a smooth cooking process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and minced garlic. Stir until blended.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the glaze over the chicken. Stir to coat.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Check internal temperature of chicken; it should read 165°F (75°C).
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Simmer remaining glaze for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Pour thickened glaze over sliced chicken before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
