Instructions
Gather all ingredients for a smooth cooking process.
In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and minced garlic. Stir until blended.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
Flip chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the glaze over the chicken. Stir to coat.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Check internal temperature of chicken; it should read 165°F (75°C).
Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Simmer remaining glaze for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Pour thickened glaze over sliced chicken before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
