- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 2 medium carrots peeled and julienned
- 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced
- 4 leaves lettuce romaine or green leaf
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
- 1/3 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 stalk green onion sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas.
Grate carrots or use a julienne slicer.
Slice cucumber super thin, using a veggie peeler or mandolin.
Slice tomatoes and avocado.
