Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 Fun Size Twix Bars
  • 10 pieces Caramel Candies I used Kraft
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy removal later.
  • 2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsweetened chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave on medium power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the butter is completely melted.
  • 3. Once melted, stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully combined and smooth. Whisk in the sugar, followed by the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Make sure you’re mixing well after each addition.
  • 4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough brownies.
  • 5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it out evenly. Next, sprinkle an even layer of chopped Twix Bars over the batter. Then, cover them with the remaining brownie batter.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Keep an eye on them; you want the edges to look set but the center to remain soft.
  • 7. Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool completely before cutting.
  • 8. While the brownies are cooling, prepare the caramel drizzle. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave on 50 percent power in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until the caramels have melted and you have a smooth mixture.
  • 9. Once the brownies are cooled, slice them into squares and drizzle the caramel sauce over each piece. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful mix of flavors!

Notes

When storing Twix Brownies, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy for up to one week. You can also freeze them for a longer period. Feel free to experiment with toppings!
