Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 cups spinach chopped fresh or 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained well
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese divided
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and Stone House Seasoning. Use a spatula to mix everything together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a shallow baking dish or a slow cooker.
  • For the oven method, bake the dip for about 20 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • If you choose to use a slow cooker, set it on low and cook for about 2 hours.
  • Once baked or cooked, remove the dip from the oven or slow cooker. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
