- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 2 cups cooked & cubed chicken nuggets
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- to taste chopped cilantro
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 jumbo muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Pop open the can of biscuits. Press each biscuit dough round into the bottom and up the sides of the greased pan.
In a large bowl, melt the butter and hot sauce together. Stir in the cooked chicken until coated. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of ranch dressing onto the bottom of each biscuit bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles on top.
Top with about 1/4 cup of the prepared chicken mixture, followed by another 1/2 tablespoon of ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, and a tablespoon each of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are browned and the dough is cooked through. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pans. Top with cilantro and serve warm.
