Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • Add fresh raspberries to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they break down.
  • Drizzle honey over the mixture, stir well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
