Instructions
Warm the milk in a saucepan until warm to the touch. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Make a well in the center, add melted butter and eggs, then pour in the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about 15x20 inches and 1/4 inch thick.
Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle blackberries and raspberries evenly.
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffed up.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over them before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Reheat in the microwave to restore gooey texture.
