  • 6-8 pieces Bagels or Crackers Toasted bagels or assorted crackers.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the base by selecting a large platter or wooden board. If using bagels, slice them in half and lightly toast.
  • Arrange the smoked salmon in a circular or fan pattern on one side of the platter.

  • Scatter the capers, sliced red onions, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
