Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 piece lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp white truffle oil
  • 1 piece shallot chopped finely

  • 12 ounces sliced smoked salmon
  • 1/4 piece cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1 piece baguette cut into 1/2 inch thick slices

Instructions
 

  • Prepare mayo by mixing lemon juice, lemon zest, white truffle oil, shallot, and salt & pepper into mayo. Set aside.
  • Assemble canapes by adding a layer of mayo, followed by smoked salmon and cucumber slices. Top with extra lemon zest if desired.
