Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounce Chopped baby spinach
  • 1 14-ounce can Chopped artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 8-ounce package Greek yogurt cream cheese
  • ½ cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Light mayonnaise
  • 1 ¼ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 ¼ cup Shredded parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 clove Minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine 6 ounces chopped baby spinach, 1 (14-ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts (drained), 1 (8-ounce) package Greek yogurt cream cheese, ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt, and ½ cup light mayonnaise. Mix until combined.
  • Add 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 ¼ cups shredded parmesan cheese (reserve some for topping). Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in 1 clove minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the dip into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve with dippers.
