  • 2. Sauté the beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef in batches, cooking until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  • 3. Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • 4. Combine ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
  • 5. Add the pasta: Gently fold in the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s well-coated in the creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 6. Incorporate the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the pasta. Stir until the cheese melts and everything is well combined.
