Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.
Pour the warm filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the filling and gently press them down.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the nuts.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly.
Let the bars cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving for an extra touch.
