Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place chicken thighs skin side up on the sheet.
Season chicken with black pepper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is golden brown.
Baste chicken with pan juices halfway through cooking.
