Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Ensure chicken thighs are thawed and pat them dry.
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Allow the oil to heat until shimmering.
Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 5-7 minutes without moving them.
Flip the chicken thighs and reduce heat to medium. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the Bang Bang sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Return chicken thighs to the skillet, coating them with the sauce. Simmer for a minute.
Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Consider adding pineapple chunks to the sauce for a fruity twist or smoked paprika for a smokier flavor.
