Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and spices in a mixing bowl.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle cooked shrimp over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the shrimp and chips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Prepare fresh toppings while nachos bake.
Add fresh toppings to nachos after baking.
Drizzle lime juice and sprinkle cilantro before serving.
Serve immediately while warm.
