Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
