  • 1 lb Medium to Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4-6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, and mince the garlic.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
  • Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or incorporating vegetables like spinach.
