Instructions
Prepare your ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, and mince the garlic.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or incorporating vegetables like spinach.
