Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded, sharp cheddar for robust flavor.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 can Tomatoes with Green Chiles 10 ounces, adds tangy flavor.
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Cooked and drained for texture.
  • 1 medium Onion Diced finely for sweetness.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for aromatic flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Ground for smoky flavor.

  • 1 handful Fresh Cilantro For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Stir in chili powder and cumin, allowing them to toast slightly.
  • Add the can of diced tomatoes with green chiles and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and mix in the softened cream cheese until melted, then gradually add shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or as a topping for nachos.
