Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of softened unsalted butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Season the 1 pound of steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
