  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast, then cut it into 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water if using. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
