  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Add the softened cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions until combined.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken filling onto the center.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
  • Place the roll seam-side down and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Lightly grill the roll-ups on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and serve with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
