Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Add the softened cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
Fold in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions until combined.
Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken filling onto the center.
Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
Place the roll seam-side down and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Lightly grill the roll-ups on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
