Skewers

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on one side until charred, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
