Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on one side until charred, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
