Instructions
Place six large eggs in a pot and cover with cold water, about an inch above the eggs.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover and remove from heat.
Let the eggs sit in hot water for 12-15 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool.
Peel the eggs under running water and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl, set egg whites aside.
Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
