Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 6 large Eggs Boiled until hard.

Filling Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise High-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Yellow or Dijon mustard.
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Place six large eggs in a pot and cover with cold water, about an inch above the eggs.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover and remove from heat.
  • Let the eggs sit in hot water for 12-15 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool.
  • Peel the eggs under running water and slice in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl, set egg whites aside.
  • Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
