  • 2 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Finely chopped, use both white and green parts.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients: 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup ranch dressing, and 1/4 cup sriracha sauce.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Incorporate the ranch dressing into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Add the shredded chicken and fold it in gently.
  • Pour in the sriracha sauce and mix well.
  • Add the green onions, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional green onions or sriracha.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
