  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce For the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots Adds color and crunch.
  • 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers Adds color and crunch.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets Adds color and crunch.
  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice or Noodles Base for the bowl.
  • 2-3 pieces Green Onions Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang Sauce. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
  • 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 4. Lower the heat and pour the Bang Bang Sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Prepare rice or noodles according to package instructions.
  • 6. Cook vegetables in a separate pot or steam until tender-crisp.
  • 7. Assemble the bowl with rice or noodles at the bottom, topped with chicken and vegetables.
  • 8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  • 9. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice, or chickpeas for protein. Customize the sauce with lime juice for brightness.
