Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang Sauce. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Lower the heat and pour the Bang Bang Sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Prepare rice or noodles according to package instructions.
6. Cook vegetables in a separate pot or steam until tender-crisp.
7. Assemble the bowl with rice or noodles at the bottom, topped with chicken and vegetables.
8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
9. Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice, or chickpeas for protein. Customize the sauce with lime juice for brightness.
