Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Add to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
Add the sliced peppers and onion to the marinated steak and toss to coat.
Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and spread it out evenly.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and squeeze lime juice over the mixture before serving.
Serve with warm tortillas, over rice, or in a salad.
