  • Form the Cakes: Shape the mixture into patties about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
  • Chill the Patties: Refrigerate the formed crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
