Instructions
1. If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are completely thawed. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.
