Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup non-dairy yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 4-5 pieces fresh strawberries
  • cup frozen sweet cherries
  • fresh lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • In an upright blender, combine the non-dairy milk, non-dairy yogurt, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, sea salt, vanilla extract, fresh raspberries, fresh strawberries, frozen sweet cherries, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (if using). Blend on high until completely smooth. Enjoy right away!

Notes

  • A tiny squeeze of lemon really makes the flavors pop: This ingredient is optional but can enhance the overall flavor.
  • My favorite non-dairy yogurt: I recommend using a vanilla flavored one for added sweetness.
  • Swirl effect: To create a pretty swirl, place a dollop of yogurt at the bottom of the glass and then tap it down.
  • Balance of acidity: Fresh strawberries and raspberries provide a nice balance with the sweetness of the cherries.
