  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 10 ounces Tortellini Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin for sautéing.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 handfuls Spinach Fresh.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate saucepan, boil salted water and cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  • Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain tortellini, and add to the skillet with the creamy mixture.
  • Gently fold the tortellini into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  • Cook together for an additional minute, then serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, or different vegetables. This dish is also great for meal prep!
