  • 1 lb Kielbasa Fully cooked, sliced into Hasselback-style pieces.
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing the kielbasa.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground for seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback-style cuts, about two-thirds of the way down.
  • Mix maple syrup and BBQ sauce in a bowl. Reserve some for basting.
  • Brush kielbasa with olive oil, ensuring it gets into the slits.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the kielbasa.
  • Place kielbasa on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with the glaze.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting halfway through with reserved glaze.
  • Let kielbasa rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

These bites can be served as appetizers or a main dish. They pair well with coleslaw or potato wedges.
