Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback-style cuts, about two-thirds of the way down.
Mix maple syrup and BBQ sauce in a bowl. Reserve some for basting.
Brush kielbasa with olive oil, ensuring it gets into the slits.
Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the kielbasa.
Place kielbasa on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with the glaze.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting halfway through with reserved glaze.
Let kielbasa rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
