  • 2 cups Cooked Rice White or brown rice.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce For umami flavor.

  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Grated.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil For flavor.
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Optional, such as bell peppers or carrots.

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (5-7 minutes).
  • Drain excess fat, leaving a small amount for moisture.
  • Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • If using, add mixed vegetables and cook until tender (3-5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve rice in bowls topped with beef mixture and garnish with green onions.
  • Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
