  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-2 inches in size.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the salmon pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer.
  • Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • For added flavor, broil the salmon bites for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
