Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add cooking oil, and cook the sausage mixture until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour into the skillet with the sausage, stirring gently until just set.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Distribute the sausage and egg mixture over the bottom halves, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese, pressing down gently.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
