Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add cooking oil, and cook the sausage mixture until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour into the skillet with the sausage, stirring gently until just set.
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Distribute the sausage and egg mixture over the bottom halves, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese, pressing down gently.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
