  • 3-4 pounds Beef Chuck Roast Ideal for slow cooking due to its marbling.

Cheese

  • 12 slices Provolone or Swiss Cheese Optional but recommended for richness.

Instructions
 

  • Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef roast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  • Place the browned roast into a slow cooker. Add sliced onions and minced garlic around the beef.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and layer the shredded beef onto the bottom half of each bun, followed by a slice of cheese.
  • Preheat your oven's broiler and broil the assembled sliders for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the sliders warm with a small bowl of the reserved dipping broth and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
