Instructions
Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef roast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
Place the browned roast into a slow cooker. Add sliced onions and minced garlic around the beef.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Once cooked, shred the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the slider buns in half and layer the shredded beef onto the bottom half of each bun, followed by a slice of cheese.
Preheat your oven's broiler and broil the assembled sliders for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve the sliders warm with a small bowl of the reserved dipping broth and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
