  • 1 pound Steak (ribeye or sirloin) Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For the garlic butter sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For searing the steak.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt For seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper For seasoning.
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.
  • Season the steak pieces with kosher salt and black pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without moving.
  • Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
  • Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic to the empty space. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add butter to the skillet and swirl to combine with the garlic.
  • Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter to coat.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.

Notes

For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or fresh herbs for additional flavor.
