Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Instructions
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.
Season the steak pieces with kosher salt and black pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without moving.
Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic to the empty space. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add butter to the skillet and swirl to combine with the garlic.
Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter to coat.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or fresh herbs for additional flavor.
