Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 1 pound Sirloin or Flank Steak Cut into 1-inch cubes

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic Mince for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Garnish

  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk until blended.
  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Add the marinated steak cubes to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Add chopped green onions for the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
