Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk until blended.
Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add the marinated steak cubes to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Add chopped green onions for the last minute of cooking.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
