  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.25 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust based on heat tolerance.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Squeezed.

Wooden Skewers

  • 8-10 Wooden Skewers Soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.

Optional Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and lime juice. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving gaps for even cooking.
  • Grill the skewers for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
