Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and lime juice. Whisk until fully combined.
Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving gaps for even cooking.
Grill the skewers for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
