Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine dill pickle juice, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until blended.
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if baking.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  • If baking, arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Let skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
