Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly before adding to the dry ingredients.
Add the milk to the melted butter and stir gently to combine.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the dried thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.
Pour ½ cup of prepared cowboy butter into the bottom of a baking dish.
Scoop portions of the dough and drop them into the melted cowboy butter.
Drizzle the remaining cowboy butter over the top of the biscuits.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
