Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into uniform cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size, and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and let it infuse for a few minutes.
  • Add chopped fresh herbs, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to the melted garlic butter. Mix well.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the chicken cubes, squeeze in lemon juice, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water if using. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, aiming for 4-5 pieces per skewer.
  • Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
