Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the kielbasa by making evenly spaced cuts along its length, about 1/4-inch apart.
Drizzle olive oil over the kielbasa and coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Fill the sliced openings of the kielbasa with the chipotle aioli.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Let the kielbasa rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
