Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the kielbasa by making evenly spaced cuts along its length, about 1/4-inch apart.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the kielbasa and coat evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
  • Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Fill the sliced openings of the kielbasa with the chipotle aioli.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the kielbasa rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
