Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 6 large Eggs Essential for the deviled filling.

Shrimp

  • 0.5 pound Medium to large shrimp Deveined and peeled.

Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning For distinctive flavor.

Mayonnaise

  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise For creamy consistency.

Mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds tang.

Lemon Juice

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Brightens the filling.

Chives

  • 2 tablespoons Chives Finely chopped for garnish.

Salt and Pepper

  • Salt To taste.
  • Black pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  • 2. Prepare the shrimp by cooking in a skillet with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until pink and opaque. Cool and chop.
  • 3. Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath, cool, peel, and slice in half.
  • 4. Remove yolks and mix with shrimp, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  • 6. Garnish with chives and optional Cajun seasoning. Serve chilled.

Notes

These deviled eggs can be customized with avocado, spicy additions, or different seafood.
