Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini sausages with the buffalo sauce.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a sausage at the wide end of a triangle and roll it up, pinching the seams to secure.
Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
