  • 16 ounces Mini Sausages Use turkey, chicken, or beef mini sausages.
  • 8 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough One can is needed.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing Can be served as a dipping sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives Finely chopped for garnish.
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray Non-stick spray for baking.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini sausages with the buffalo sauce.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a sausage at the wide end of a triangle and roll it up, pinching the seams to secure.
  • Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes

These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
