  • 0.5 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese For a creamy, gooey texture.
  • 8 ounces Biscuit Dough or Crescent Rolls For the outer layer.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions For freshness and mild onion flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the chicken if not already prepared, then shred it into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  • Add cheddar cheese and green onions to the chicken mixture and stir well.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Flatten the biscuit dough or crescent rolls slightly.
  • Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
  • Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
