Instructions
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, and wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into similar-sized strips.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and mix well.
Add the fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C). If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the basket and let the fajitas sit for a minute before serving.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
Serve by placing the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of a tortilla and folding it over.
Add toppings like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream as desired.
Notes
For variations, consider adding more vegetables or using different proteins like shrimp or tofu.
