3. Pour the warm milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the pumpkin puree and egg. Mix until combined.
4. Gradually add remaining flour until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling in a small bowl.
7. Roll the dough into a rectangle (16x12 inches) after punching it down.
8. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
9. Roll the dough tightly from one long side and slice into 12 equal pieces.
10. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
11. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
12. For the frosting, beat cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
13. Once rolls are baked, let cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
14. Serve warm and enjoy!
