  • 0.5 cup protein powder
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Amount of sweetener will depend on your own taste buds. To make Protein Cookie Dough, add everything but the chocolate chips to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth. If too dry, add a little milk of choice as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
