Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 4 pieces Portobello Mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, garlic, thyme, basil, oregano, and kosher salt.
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  • Place the Portobello mushrooms stem side down on the cookie sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Discard any excess liquid on the cookie sheet.
  • Turn the mushrooms over, cover with 2 to 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the mushrooms for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve your Portobello Pizzas warm and enjoy!
